I shipped my infrared cooking stove along with other items to telangana, India on 17/10/2023, relieved on 0a6/02/2024, they told me the delivery time 50 days, it took almost 100 days.
When opend my package my infrered cooking stove was broken fully and other items got damaged partially, this is my first time using their service very unprofessionally handled.
No proper information degrading delivery.
Very disappointed with the service and I don't recommend to anybody.

Extremely Unprofessional and Incompetent Managemt. One part of the shipment was diverted to Kerala. It took 4 months to deliver. Original shipment delivered after 3 months with lot of breakages! Their CEO had no clue what was happening. The staff attended me was indeed very committed [Name removed by Sirelo] Hardworking but was totally helpless. Only chaos in the company due to their CEO. Will never recommend to anyone for their shipments.

I would like to raise my deep concern about Rona Cargo. the service is extremely Poor, I try to call many times for current updates, but unfortunately, I does not receive a satisfactory reply from the Rona side they always reply that your luggage is in the Mumbai port under clearance, it was more than 55 days still I have not received my luggage.
I never recommend anyone to this company,

Worst of the worst service, the staff has no clue of the shipment, there is no traceability, Even the managers does not have any decency to respond to their customer and update even if complained

Very bad Service, I would not recommend anyone this company to, If you want to send luggage anywhere from here first you think 1000 times before you send it, Worst cargo company.
If we try to call no one picks line in the Sharjah Rolla branch, I called the mobile number also not picking up.
I sent some luggage but now 53 days still have not received it, if I try to call no one picks up my call.
