Rona Cargo

My name is Sanjay I have send a cargo to Mumbai they said it will reach in 30 to 35 days I did it on 23/03/2025 untill today I haven’t received my cargo today is 14/06/2025 when I call the office in Al ain they disconnected my call or some time not receive my call it’s a fake cargo ship don’t ever do deal with the cargo ship it a fake and frod cargo people .

Worst worst worst service...If possible negative rating will be given.
Unprofessional, irresponsible staff,including owner.
More than 65 days,not delivered the item,not responding properly to calls and messages.
#Boycott Rona cargo.

VERY BAD SERVICE, NEVER EVER TRUST THIS PEOPLE , THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CARGO OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CARGO, I WAITING FOR MY CARGO TO BE DELIVERD AFTER 100+ DAYS, NO RESPONSIBLE PERSONS IN THE COMPANY TO ANSWER YOUR CALL, NOBODY PICKS PHONE OR WHATSAPP, 100% CHOR..... LAST TIME ONE CARGO I RECEIVED LIKE FOOTBALL , ALL LIGHTS BROKEN (THEY PACKED IT FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE ).I TRAVELLED TO RECEIVE MY CARGO BUT IT WAS DELAYED NOW I AM BACK BUT I DONT KNOW EHRE IS MY CARGO, NOBODY ANSWERED TILL NOW 23/04/2025.(CARGO SENT ON 13/01/2025)

Very poor service, it has been 106 days and still my one parcel is missing,they deliver my LED in broken pieces and I am chasing them for settlement but no satisfactory answer…don’t ever book your parcel with them.

Very Bad experience handed over cargo on 20 July 24 Staff Said delivery 55 working days but sad to say its 8months (240 days)12/1/2025-
