WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A LEGAL CASE FOR THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE FRAUD. THEIR LICENSED WAS CEASED IN MAY 2022 DUE TO FRAUDULENT OPERATIONS AND YET THEY CONTINUE TO OPERATE. AFTER THEY GET YOUR BELONGINGS AND MONEY THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU!

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM PROPERTY AND MONEY LOSS PLUS STRESS DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Scam alert.. one person acting in different roles and deceiving the customers. Aware of blue peter lines. While looking for a shipping company to ship my household items from UAE to the UK, I came across Blue peter lines. The website was quite impressive, and I got the quote From [Name removed by Sirelo] I asked about the charges and the service. He promised me that my items would reach my UK destination in a month, and the quote was for door-to-door service, which meant I didn't have to worry about anything or pay additional.
Later, [Name removed by Sirelo] showed his true color. He stopped answering my calls, ignored texts and gave no information on my cargo. The items were taken from me on June 8th, 2022, and after several follow up, I was able to get about the container details on September 2nd , and the packing list provided was incorrect. When I asked about the container details and the expected arrival date, he threatened me to call him Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] or Sir. and not by his name. Also, when I contacted him to get the details on the consignment, he threatened me, telling me that he would be throwing my items in the garbage.
I had no clue on my shipment , if it was shipped from UAE, while he sent me a wrong packing list , I had to call his sub contract - movers to check if my items were properly packed and handed over to blue peter . They assumed that I was from blue peter lines and they started discussing with me about the pending dues which blue peter lines had to pay them . And they even said that there was huge outstanding for many months and it has to be cleared asap.
The cargo arrived here in the UK by September 2nd and while I contacted him, he was speaking so rudely and he ignored my calls and the emails of the local shipping agent (Top Removals UK) .Later I knew that he did not pay the shipping agent (Top Removals UK) for the clearance and the door delivery and they weren't able to reach him[Name removed by Sirelo] as well. Only then I knew that this guy is a cheat and he has taken all the money from the customers and not paying to his shipping partners .
Whenever I called him, he used to abuse and threaten me and due to this I had to go through mental stress. I had no choice other than paying the charges myself and getting the items delivered to me. I have also lodged a complaint with the authorities in UAE .
Therefore please be aware of this company and the one and only sales/accountant/logistics guy [Names removed by Sirelo] .He might speak very politely and friendly and give you assurance.Once you have paid your money , he will start showing his true nature. Even he asked me to show some courtesy as if he was doing all this free of cost. I was really shocked and surprised. Whatever quote he had given, I had paid him and later he was threatening me.
[Name removed by Sirelo] is the person who is only one person working in all the departments which he will send emails from Sales, accounts, documents etc.. and all the different contact numbers calls will be attended by him.
After investigating I came to know something about the company that his wife and another partner owns the Blue Peter LLC both in Kerala . For all the fraud and criminal works, [Name removed by Sirelo] (attached his picture ) will not be responsible and the responsibility will be on companies name who they are in Kerala(India) and [Name removed by Sirelo] can be safe in UAE.

Stay Away from this Company, Its a SCAM!!! Fraud!
Like so many reviews, I paid for a container to be shipped from Dubai to the UK. Container arrived in the UK and they are not paying final destination chargers to the local UK delivery company. I have paid in full and now cannot get access to all my household and family goods. They refuse to answer phone calls messages and emails.
I have logged claims with the Police ,Dubai Consumer protection and Sharjah Consumer rights.
Don't get caught, move on from this Scam.

Unfortunately I can't give ZERO stars , but note that this company doesn't even deserve 1/2 a star !

I don't recommend to ever , ever do business with this company as they are the most incompetent and underhanded bunch of people I have ever come across.

Note that Blue Peter Lines never even once came to the premises to supervise or oversee the packing activities that was 100 % sub contracted to their lowest bidder in the UAE and when there was problems , they were no where near to come and resolve the issue and tried to then charge me more to bring the other items that stayed behind at an extra cost.

They have cost me thousands of dollars in demurrage, storage and overstay charges for my two containers from Dubai to South Africa just because they tried to save a penny on my expense, while claiming full Door To Door service.

Please note that they try to trick you to recommend an agent in your country of destination , then they don't conclude their contractual arrangements with these agents and try and blame everything on you !! They recommended a list of 'trusted partners' to choose from and I gave them two options , from which they then nominated their preferred agent , whereafter I said 'Ok'.

When they failed to reach an agreement for 9 days after the container arrived with the agent of their choosing , they then tried to blame me saying that they were 'forced' to use the agent that I recommended.

All this while the demurrage and overstay charges accumulate against your risk ! They have no incentive to do the right thing because they exclude all demurrage, storage and overstay charges from their quotes !!

They do not care that they cost the customer thousands of dollars in demurrage , storage and overstay charges while sit back for week's to negotiate and get a better prices with other agents.

My shipment was delayed for 9 days already before I was even made aware (by an outside party!) of their inability and unwillingness to appoint an agent at the destination port !

They willfully misled me and kept the fact that there were delays that is for my account from me as a client because the knew they excluded and delay charges and I will foot the bill.

They then blame the shipping liner , the shipping liner's appointed agents, the other agents in the destination port and especially the client for all the inaction and dereliction of their responsibilities on their part by claiming that that they do nothing wrong and make every one else as the 'liars , crooks and thieves'

After reading the similar experiences from too many other people on google reviews and other review platforms, who have also suffered at the hands of this unscrupulous business (much to late !! and after the worst 2 weeks of my life) I regret ever getting into contact with them.

I was forced to step in to take control of the shipment as I lost all faith in them.

This cost me thousand more to step in and they now refuse to return the money they owe me me to complete their work.

They try to twist everything around to mask their incompetence and I will never recommend to anyone to use this company.

I have all the proof in the world and I will do everything at my disposal to get the money that I have lost back from them and to expose them for what they have done to me and so many other people.

Thieves, Thieves, Thieves. I hired this company to move from Dubai to Europe and like others, I fell for the same Blue Peter scam: Take your money and then they do not pay the shipping charges, the port fees or the agent fees. I had to pay all these fees myself, plus the storage fines while I listen to lie after lie from Blue Peter. 10 Months down the line and I still have not seen one cent of the money they promised me. Be advised DO NOT use this company!!

I am also a sufferer and my story is the same as mentioned by most of the others. I left UAE permanently in Feb 2020 to move to India and arranged my cargo to be sent through this company (Mummy - enter the company name here instead of 'this company') . I paid full 6600Dhs to [name removed by Sirelo] for what he promised will be a very smooth door to door delivery. I was assured that my cargo would depart in 2 days and should reach India within the next month. How wrong I was! First, Covid struck. I waited patiently for almost 6 months due to the situation but nothing happened. Then whenever I followed, [name removed by Sirelo] would either not respond or cook stories and lie to me that it should come very soon / the cargo is about to be loaded on the ship any day now etc. All lies and blatant fraud. Then we made trips to the UAE specifically to meet him and find out about the cargo, but he would always find some excuse to not meet. And the lies just kept coming - he is very imaginative in making up stories, so all beware!

After 14 months of constant grief where we even got a helpful policeman informally involved, the cargo finally left for India. Now I thought all the pain was finally over, however, I was again proved wrong. [name removed by Sirelo] had not paid the shipping company (called MOVHAB) who brought the goods to India, even though I had made the full payment to him. MOVHAB started blackmailing, and almost tried to extort money from me to release my cargo. However, I was able to get the police involved and they gave that company a good lesson and helped me get my cargo without paying anything extra. [name removed by Sirelo] company and MOVHAB almost seemed like a team - together trying to con and steal from innocent customers.

I would never recommend these companies to anyone. In particular, [name removed by Sirelo] is a liar, con-man and fraudster. If I was in the UAE, I would have personally pursued legal action against him. After almost 20 years of service as a doctor in the UAE, this was not how I expected my final experience to be. I am just grateful my goods finally arrived - now I want to share my experience with others so that they don't have to go through the same ordeal.Read more
