While the way they are packing we thought they are professional. When the items are unpacked, some of the fragile items were packed very wrong way and we found them damaged here. Items related the furniture and television were kept in various cartoons. With great difficulty we were able to search. When undersigned called the concern in Atlas regarding the above, no proper answer was given. Material were also not moved from Dubai on the day promised.
Rates were less than others
Not responsible till the end
Packing of fragile items not proper. Careless packing.

Packing and moving from Dubai was somehow good, but the team who was unloading and assembling here in Jeddah - KSA was a group of idiots, they destroyed many items of my furniture !!! I cant beleive this happened , super unprofessional team.
Dubai team took money as tips and they asked about it.
KSA team asked about tips too !!
