Clear issues:
1st. Over 50 days delay, and they are not able to give any reason at all.
2nd. They are asking for more money than the agreement said, other wise they will not deliver.
3rd. Once it leaves UAE TransOn stops being responsible of the shipment and they are not able to give you a single answer.
4th. Calls and emailing they always have a great positive actitud, but no answers or solving the issue.
5th. TransOn sells a service that they do not have once the shipment leaves UAE, as attached a WhatsApp conversation, they admit not having the price closed with the agent in country of destination and they ask for discounts, this is not professional at all.
My shipment : UAE - Netherlands - Spain
In my case they sent me the contact of the company they use in Netherlands, which they did not know the agreement and TransOn had no idea what was happening or why my shipment did not leave to Spain on time.
Then my shipment moved to Spain and TransOn did not even know they comp
any they were using in Spain, I had to give TransOn the contact of the Spanish company to get in touch, which they did not.
They have an amazing packaging team, but let's see how things arrive, when they arrive.
Selling and marketing team, finance team are on it until you payed and then they just sweet talk you and give you the impression it is all going well, I am dealing with Aireen very professional, sells the deal really well and calls, she has an amazing people skill, but the shipment 50 days delayed and still counting and a I am getting from TransOn and [name removed by Sirelo] are calls says nothing, the Spanish shipment company never hear about my agreement with TransOn.Read more
Upon reviewing the file noted that your shipment was booked for Spain via groupage with split delivery and via Rotterdam port with a transit quoted as 8-12 weeks . However see the shipment was executed without any delay for the vessel sailing on 27th Nov which arrived Netherlands on 5th Jan. The shipment was customs cleared at Rotterdam on 11th Jan . A timely updates and status was provided at both origin and destination.
We understand that it took longer than expected. Shipments executed as groupage generally takes longer than as they have to be cleared both at the arrival port of entry and at borders of the final destination city before delivery. Similarly as informed by Amy from Schmidt on 14th Feb, your shipment has to be cleared through the Spanish border with the documents you have provided and upon completion of clearance and availability of transport the delivery could be confirmed.
The delivery was s cheduled for 28th February but we have been notified that that an outside elevator for the delivery to Granada is required.
We are committed to our offer Door to door service as per agreement but delivery via external elevator is excluded from our quote as we were not notified of any difficult access and these charges are only subject to applicable and settled directly.
