Absolutely avoid this service! We requested door-to-door delivery to South Africa, but our goods were sent to the wrong port. Despite clearly stating we were not moving back, only sending some items home, we were told we had to be there in person to clear the goods. We ended up paying additional clearance fees just to have the goods released. When we refused to pay extra shipping charges, the goods were still not released. We had to take the matter to court and, after a year, finally won our case. To top it off, the goods were damaged in the shipping container. If you decide to deal with them, make sure you record everything and get it in writing. If I could give a negative rating for their service, I would. Avoid at all costs!

Worst moving company i ever worked with, bad customer service and they are crocks that charge me for a service that they didn't execute. They were unprofessional.
I've use Transmovers to move my furniture and items from Dubai to Lisbon and they've charged me €4000 for the service of shipping, un packing and assembling my items, but the service for unpacking and assembling never took place.
They also damage and broke 40% of my items, with a total cost of over €20000, and they didn't pay for the damages, taking into consideration that i also payed for insurance with them and they refuse to reply to my weekly emails since February. Basically, they called me a liar concerning the condition of items. A long series of email's back and forth with no movement on their part. Seriously, what kind of operation are they running?! Guess I should have taken the other reviews posted here more seriously, but count me in for another customer lost.
I would advise never to work with them.

Charge me €1000 for unpacking and assembling of items and never executed the service. Broke 40% of my items and didnt cover the costs
