What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
first of all we do packing as best as we can, but mostly damages happen in destination due to bad handling. If anything happen we have insurance for all shipment as per industry standards.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Always ask for transparency and be clear what is your requirements. So that we can help you with best and hassle free services.

Warning!!!
SMARTMOVE RELOCATIONS
I made the mistake of contracting SMARTMOVE RELOCATIONS for my repatriation.
Stay well clear of these people.
Moving internationally, SMARTMOVE RELOCATIONS promised 6 weeks delivery. It took 15 weeks with multiple items broken.
I paid for insurance. When asking SMARTMOVE RELOCATIONS to put me in contact with the insurer, they don't answer.
When asking for reimbursement for the extra costs of the long delay, SMARTMOVE RELOCATIONS don't answer.
SMARTMOVE RELOCATIONS avoid all forms of contact with you if you are asking them to take any form of responsibility.
They also do the trick of giving you one price before packing and after they've taken everything you own as collateral, they increase the price by 50% blaming extra volume.
I could not be more unhappy with these people.

I did a mistake while choosing this company thinking everything in UAE is transparent and with good services, I didn’t look at the reviews. This is the worst service ever. Since December 21st till today January 14th I’m waiting my delivery, every week they say they will deliver and nothing full lies, everyday a different lie. Today they made me wait since the morning telling me the delivery was confirmed and on the way -they called and told me in the last minute no possible ? Till today I have no idea where my stuffs are. This needs police attention. These people cannot handle this kind of service.

The company is a scam, they collected 9 boxes from my and I paid AED 8200 to receive the shipment in Albania. However, I have not received my shipment since last July 2023.

Totally useless. They managed to take 2 boxes weighing a total of 80Kg from our property. They then provided 3 tracking numbers. 2 Boxes weighing a total of 44Kg arrived. What was in the missing 36KG? A PS4, numerous reseach books, custom clothing and other products for a wedding. We have been repeatedly told it's on its way, it's in London, it's in Dubai, our partners have gone bust. 12000AED missing.
[Names removed by Sirelo] also informed us that they have 27 customers in a similar situation currently (I have evidence of this) and they have liabilities in this for 40000AED. They refused to provide details of their insurers when requested.
