The worse company ever, by stuff got opened and repacked again in there warehouse without my supervision , all the items are mixed up for example if you want to build your bed again u need to open all the boxes to get the part and the most challenge is to find the screws,. All the team is unprofessional , and never trust the time they propose

They said I could get my things in 7 working days but it's now one month and I am still waiting for 1 box. I only 2 boxes and 1 big frame and I am receiving 1 piece per day. The first box was cut opened and inside full of dust plus some things damaged. Today I got the frame, broken. Tomorrow I hope I will get the 2nd box and let's in which condition. Really one of the worst experience of my life, bad service and no accountability at all. Run away from them and never choose Shipwaves

Most of my goods have arrived seriously damaged and the company refuse to take any responsability for it even if I paid insurance for it. They lied and cheated me.

e engaged the services of Shipwaves to move a household set of furniture etc from Al Ain, UAE to Christchurch NZ. In our contract with Shipwaves and dealings with [Names removed by Sirelo], they agreed to pay for storage, shipping and all associated costs pertaining to customs clearance etc. in all ports. However, they are refusing to pay for the clearance costs and our cargo is waiting in the NZ port. The company has ceased contact with us as well as the transport company on this end. Do not trust Shipwaves, [Names removed by Sirelo] to get the job done. Once they collect your money, the ghosting begins. I would give it a zero if I could!
