They break your stuff, send cargo without insurance, over charge for things that don’t make sense. Not sure why or how their business runs. If I could I’d give them -10 stars. Not recommended at all, save yourself!

I mistakenly choose QuickServe Relocations on July.
I moved with Quick serve relocation from Dubai to France. Based on the positive review. But Please BE AWARE DO NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE
Before the move [name removed by Sirelo] was friendly and responsive. He certified that every item would be bubble and wrapped correctly and covered with paper its an engagement on the contract… THIS WASN’T THE CASE AT ALL . He certified that all damaged or broken items will be covered by the premium insurance that we paid.
But he never sends us the insurance certificate until October!! Please come on we moved the 26th July 2020
They start by literally brooked the wall while they were packing the furniture’s.
I was chocked to receive ALL MY FURNITURES DESSAMBLES scratched and dirty without advising us or taking our authorization to dissembled them. Some of the items were OUT of the box !!! when I open the boxes my items were thrown on the boxes NO bubbles NO wrapping NOTHING!! You can check the photos.
All our furniture’s were scratch or brook or with a hole its was incredible.
I don’t know what’s happened but most of items was damaged, twisted or folded several times or torn or with holes or chipped.
[name removed by Sirelo] told us to just make a list and send it to him and he would make the claim to the insurance. He did not even apologies “ This came Several days after”
As you’ve probably guessed nothing was done. I keep sending messages and asking but he don’t want to share with us the insurance claim pretending its internal e-mails.
He get back to us saying that the insurance will cover only 1300 aed of damaged and his company to apology will offer 2000 aed from there side. I never receive any cts from them.
The cost of real damages are about 10.000 aed . I keep asking to have the formal rejection of the insurance but I had no answer from [name removed by Sirelo], he refuse to Send us the answer of the insurance and not even sending us a official offer of compensation from his company as he was pretending. After putting a lot of pressure we received our insurance certificate and SURPRISE when I contact the insurance company guess what ? they NEVER RECIEVD Any CLAIM FROM QUICKESERVE RELOCATION !!!!! what? you were playing with us for a months ? and LIYING ? you never open a case with insurance ? WHY ?
Now we are in touch with the insurance we open a claim … The problem is the insurance that they took for us don’t refund all scratch or damage to paint or twisting … We ve never been aware about all this policy cause Quick Serves Relocation refuse to send us our certificate even everything was paid from our side form the beginning. And lie to us by certifying that their premium insurance cover all kinds of damages.
I am still fighting with insurance to get a decent refund.
[name removed by Sirelo] No news from him never get back to us with a formal proposition of refund, he communicates only by WhatsApp no formal answer!!!! No refund No answers. This company did not respect the contract they lie they cheat.
Thers no way to say anything positive at all about my experience with this Company
