Movers were respectful and let in contact before the move. They packed efficiently, but didn't weigh the cargo before loadinginto the van.
They changed extra because they hadn't anticipated the journey from Dubai to Fujairah.
They hadn't told me I'd have to have cash, so they followed me to an ATM to draw money.
When the cargo arrived in UK, iPad, jewellery and mobile phones are missing. I'm not sure if this is all.
I have no idea where to start to recover my items.
