203They lost my microwave, decorative pottery and several books. My name was also incorrect in sevearl boxes. They also promissed to put silica packages to protect from humidity but there was none inside the boxes. Shippibg was done also 2 months afetr my departure instead the first week of september as promissed.
No reply to my complaint.
This company is absolutely atrocious. The packing teams are slow, leave many items behind if not constantly supervised by you, brake items, dismantle items that clearly aren't designed to be dismantled, untidy, spend the vast majority of time on their phones (especially if they locate your wifi information), manage to lose small parts belonging to items which require the item to work thus rendering it useless, damage a lot of stuff and also steal items i.e. a 7ft by 7ft cream coloured mattress.
How do you lose such a large item?
They also use utterly dishonest & unreliable companies to receive & deliver your goods when moving abroad.
No due-diligence is conducted but clearly this allows for both companies to employ there money-making scams & ransom tactics to extract more money out of you.
OCS are dishonest, unreliable & just plain thieves at the end of the day.Read more
