They were happy to take our money but the service was anything but professional. One of my boxes went missing then I had to pay extra to get it sent within UK. When my airfreight finally arrive 16 items were smashed or broken. I was given the run around while they blamed other companies for months, being asked to show them photographs of damage, purchase replacement items, receipts, bank details all the time telling me they would pay (as they said it was insured) . Eventually they took responsibility told me they’d pay out but now they won’t even respond to my messages. This has been a stressful and time consuming experience from what I would say is a very unprofessional company who appear to care nothing for their customers. A very sad experience.

No satisfactory outcome on claiming for insurance when they told me it was insured. I have this in writing.
