They broke the things and suddenly came up with a policy that wasn't metioned in any of the documents they sent me and refused to claim a single penny

They were happy to take our money but the service was anything but professional. One of my boxes went missing then I had to pay extra to get it sent within UK. When my airfreight finally arrive 16 items were smashed or broken. I was given the run around while they blamed other companies for months, being asked to show them photographs of damage, purchase replacement items, receipts, bank details all the time telling me they would pay (as they said it was insured) . Eventually they took responsibility told me they’d pay out but now they won’t even respond to my messages. This has been a stressful and time consuming experience from what I would say is a very unprofessional company who appear to care nothing for their customers. A very sad experience.
Unprofessional packing with NO FRAGILE stickers on their bixes
No satisfactory outcome on claiming for insurance when they told me it was insured. I have this in writing.

Zero sadly is not an option. This company is quick to take your money but then it took 4 months for me to get my shipment when the quoted period was 4 to 6 weeks maximum. Stay away from this company. I've sent endless emails during the entire shipping period and got not response. After the shipment arrived in country, I was charged storage fees and then it took another 5 weeks before I saw the goods. The pricing is too good to be true. Don't bother with the hassle you will subsequently endure with the delivery of your goods. I hope to see this company go out of business because they put a stain on how businesses should operate in the UAE and the standard and professionalism they should maintain.
Cowboys that will happily take your money and deliver the goods 4 times the length of the quoted period of delivery

The review does not allow for zero rating from time delivered ( 4 weeks after the promised late date ..airfreight) damages and poor or non existent follow up on compensation for damages. Nothing positive about this company accept, happy to take your money without providing the service and follow up
