Absolute disaster from the day it was picked up. I was told a first time tat the shipment was loaded,on time so I was happy. At that point, they started not to resond to the phone nor emails. One week after, after litterally harassing their phones, I was told by email that the shipment would be loaded the week after. We were already 10 days late to respect the date of delivery planned to France. Starting 28th July, no more news, no email, no pick up. The few times i managed to trick them by calling from another number, I was hung up or told they were in a meeting and hung up. AS I was tracking the shipment based on the info they gave me, I saw that the boat was another 12 days late. Can't blame them for that of course but trying to reach them to get an update. Septmber 10 they sent me an email saying the boat had delays when it actually showed it arrived at port 6 days before. I called them 72 times in a row from 4 different numbers. I was finally snet an email yesterday saying the shipping company made a mistakein the boat reference, that it only left Septmber 1st and that it will arrive in Europe at the earliest on October 9th. My family and I have been litterally camping in an empty apartment since August 20th. unacceptable. Will take a complaint to the Police, them to court and will open a website where all people who have encountered bad service with them will be able to put their details so we organize a class action unless they compensate.
