We paid for door to door delivery in January - 10 MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR GOODS. World Freight Relocation is storing our items and asking for storage fees, when we called [Name removed by Sirelo] from WFR he said their overseas agent asked them to store the items. We are customers of Movehub who is responsible to deliver our goods but is refusing to interfere. [Name removed by Sirelo]from Movehub even told me that we need to deal with World freight Relocation. We are customers of Movehub - why are they asking me top deal with another company and where are our goods? Also who asked World Freight Relocation to store our goods? We paid for door to door delivery, where are our goods????. Just unacceptable!

Absolute disaster from the day it was picked up. I was told a first time tat the shipment was loaded,on time so I was happy. At that point, they started not to resond to the phone nor emails. One week after, after litterally harassing their phones, I was told by email that the shipment would be loaded the week after. We were already 10 days late to respect the date of delivery planned to France. Starting 28th July, no more news, no email, no pick up. The few times i managed to trick them by calling from another number, I was hung up or told they were in a meeting and hung up. AS I was tracking the shipment based on the info they gave me, I saw that the boat was another 12 days late. Can't blame them for that of course but trying to reach them to get an update. Septmber 10 they sent me an email saying the boat had delays when it actually showed it arrived at port 6 days before. I called them 72 times in a row from 4 different numbers. In in the meantime, I raised a cse with the DED in Dubai. I was finally snet an email yesterday saying the shipping company made a mistakein the boat reference, that it only left Septmber 1st and that it will arrive in Europe at the earliest on October 9th. My family and I have been litterally camping in an empty apartment since August 20th. unacceptable. Will take a complaint to the Police, them to court and will open a website where all people who have encountered bad service with them will be able to put their details so we organize a class action unless they compensate. Don’t do it! Fraudulent comes to mind!
All lip service until you pay the deposit then it’s game over. We have a number of damaged expensive items, photo shared, all information requested was given and then we played a game of them adding something new to the list. The insurance was never paid!
We paid for an item to be fumigated this was not done.
Happy to share the so called management responses with anyone that is in doubt of how bad this company is! I could write a small book on how they have cheated us! Additional expenses, not true to their word, cheating Australian bio security …..Not sure why it show 2stars when I clicked 1! If I could give negative star rating that would be more accurate!

Move(Hub) was an incredible desaster.
It took 10 MONTHS !! to bring our goods from Dubai to Germany.
At the end, transport was twice as expensive than forecast:
Volume was underestimated and they worked with a Partner in the Netherlands (WFR4U) which practiced only extortion without delivering any Service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Buyer Beware, The quote you get will not be the final Price. My Move Cost me an Extra 5,000 AED. They did not even deliver my shipment to me on the other end. I had to pay Ransom to get my things and had to go get it myself. It took four months to get my things it would have been longer had I not hired another mover to move the mover. I have many many Contractor Friends still in the UAE and Middle East whose company pays for shipping belongs back to country of origin. I will make sure to tell them all Buyer Beware when using MOVE HUB. it only take a minute with what's APP and Face Book. Oh yea on other thing if you feel stupid and still use them Don't waste your money on Insurance it means nothing at they don't cover anything I bet they have never ever ever paid of claim they are a pure unprofessional SCAM. Buyer BEWARE You have been warned

Movehub provided excellent service during my moving. They are really great. They arrived ahead of time on the day of moving and started packing with their good quality packing materials. All my belongings were packed and transported with great care. I was amused to see how gentle they unpacked my stuff and fixed everything including electronic items, curtains and honestly whatever I asked them to. The staff were polite, experienced and clean. I would strongly recommend Movehub as your trustworthy moving partner.
