401All lip service until you pay the deposit then it’s game over. We have a number of damaged expensive items, photo shared, all information requested was given and then we played a game of them adding something new to the list. The insurance was never paid!
We paid for an item to be fumigated this was not done.
Happy to share the so called management responses with anyone that is in doubt of how bad this company is! I could write a small book on how they have cheated us! Additional expenses, not true to their word, cheating Australian bio security …..Not sure why it show 2stars when I clicked 1! If I could give negative star rating that would be more accurate!
It took 10 MONTHS !! to bring our goods from Dubai to Germany.
At the end, transport was twice as expensive than forecast:
Volume was underestimated and they worked with a Partner in the Netherlands (WFR4U) which practiced only extortion without delivering any Service.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
