I had a horrible experience with this company and strongly recommend you run the other way before shipping with them.
I did two shipments—my first went fine, but the second has been an absolute nightmare. I shipped my box 6 weeks ago and still don’t have it. The company put the wrong label on my box, sending it to someone in New York. Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me I had to pay for a new label, buy packing supplies, and arrange a pickup myself. When I refused to spend more money to correct their error, they held my box hostage until I agreed.
They promised that if I “cooperated” (their word) and paid, I’d have my box in 2–3 days. That never happened. Two weeks later, the local shipping company’s owner stepped in to pick up the box for me. Now it’s been three more weeks and my box is officially lost. I had to file a claim, but still have no resolution.
The company ignores about 80% of my messages, only responding sporadically, and now they claim that once the box left Dubai, it’s “not their problem.” This is after I paid them 900 AED for the shipment.
To make things worse, the box contained all of my work supplies, which means I’ve been unable to take on clients for a month and a half. Their response? “Well, don’t you have a pet store there? Just go buy what you need.” Unbelievable.

FRIENDLY, EASY AND AFFORDABLE!
Honestly they’ve exceeded my expectations. I contacted every logistics company available. Either they quoted me over 10k or only offered sea.
KiteExpress was friendly, great at communicating to keep me at ease, especially moving items to a country I’ve never been to. And on the price… none of the companies can compete. They even kept my items in storage for a few days until I landed.

I have contacted them several times with no response. Until now, I didn’t receive my shipment. They said at the beginning it takes 7 to 10 days. Now it’s almost 15 days and when I ask for an update no one responds to my query. They read the messages in WhatsApp and they don’t react.

Your shipment is consolidation to KSA Jeddah , As we informed there is a standered waiting time for to fill the volume in the truck , its not practical to send only 3-Cbm alone in groupage truck .we got FASSAH Boarder clearance @ today 10th jan 2025 Afternoon .Hopefully clearance process will be completed by 6-Pm . Once clearance is done with in 2-3 days it will be delivered in your Given Address .
