Interem Relocations

Professional and responsive services provided by Interem team in relocation from Dubai to Muscat. The relational manager [Name removed by Sirelo] was proactive in providing end to end coordination to make the home and pet relocation experience pretty smooth.

We hired them because the sales person in the uae was really great and also gave us a really organized and good quotation. The packing team was amazing too. Sadly the good experience ended there as after 5 month I still don’t have my shipment at the destination location. It is still on route and no solution. It’s the worst choice I have ever made to ship it with Interem. They asking for more money now and no delivery date of the shipment in sight.

I am exhausted and angry. I wish I would have paid upfront more but my items would have been delivered earlier/on time.
I was promised 3 month maximum. It’s a shame.

That team who serviced us was excellent starting from the sales person who came to our house - he was knowledgeable, polite and professional. He knew his business and advised us accordingly for our benefit so he cared for his customer. The price he quoted was according to market. The operations person communicated fast and effective all the way. The packing team were excellent. In fact outstanding - they came on time, were very polite and courteous and worked long hours to finish on time for two days. The leader [Name removed by Sirelo] was extremely helpful to the team and to us with good advice and excellent care for our furniture and satisfaction . When we received everything without any damage we understood their packing was perfect to protect every fragile item and every picture etc. they also made the packing very efficient by utilizing the boxes extremely well. [Name removed by Sirelo] had a proven process also and discussed things with us on the way to select the best possible sequence for the optimal
Packing. My husband and I have long years experience in management and operations and we both were amazed by the teams work and we give them wholehearted top star rating. Even the local partner they use in Spain were very good - they also commented on the way our furniture was secured for the transportation. They deserve a very high rating. If all the Interem teams were like ours they should have consistent highest ratings.Read more

For a first time shipper, it wasn't easy at all shortlisting one company among so many others to ship my furniture back home to New Zealand. Interem, however, eased up my concerns mainly thru the fabulous work of each and every one of their staff, a thing thatvexceeded my expectations by far. The movers led by the incredible Shawket alingwith his team of three other workers were all exceptionally good, professional, fast, neticulous and highly experienced. The charges were fairly decent when compared to others. The constant and smooth follow up of [name removed by Sirelo] was just outstanding, not to forget [name removed by Sirelo], from Interem, as well as [name removed by Sirelo], from the agent company in New Zealand, were all following up the shipment until our furniture was loaded onboard the ship. I'm waiting now for the shipment to arrive Wellington sometime around 24th of October. I highly recommebd this company. They are truly good. Thank you all. God bless.

Helping team

Interem have collected my stuff, and everything seems fine .. later I haven’t heared anything from them.. they rarely respond to emails or calls with minimal information leaving me in disparate situation .. I don’t know where is my shipment, nore when it will be shipped or delivered .. so fare it’s been over two month?!!

Everything done well and on time. Always had time to explain, talk to us and friendly staff
