I was forced to use their services as my handling/ forwarding agents in India and since I had an issue at the port of departure in the UK where all the misleading information had started, I made a trip to Mumbai from Goa to meet them personally and iron out details and know who these people really are.
To my utmost surprise the lady, [Name removed by Sirelo] (from sales) who was in touch with me via emails wasn’t available and this man [Name removed by Sirelo] who claims to be the Vice President of the company, was working from home and based in another city. He is the main person behind this money extraction racket with his false promises and sweet talks.
[Name removed by Sirelo] had categorically advised me to just pay to get my shipment released from the port and that the charges will be reversed later but after the payment he stopped responding to my emails, calls and WhatApp messages. Upon hounding him for several months he relented with a contact number for one Vijay (who [Name removed by Sirelo] said was the clearing agent) at EMU Lines Pvt Ltd and this person was also trying to sweet talk me and mislead me further. Cant believe to what extent they could go and then I was given a contact for one [Name removed by Sirelo] (Manager Pricing & Operations) also at EMU Lines Pvt Ltd who insisted that the billing was correct even though I pointed out the error between the bill that was given to me and their published charges. It was [Name removed by Sirelo] who helped me with this by actually sending me the responses I should send to [Name removed by Sirelo] which I later understood was an internal game.
However [Name removed by Sirelo] was not willing to explain even after I sent him exactly where the mistake was - their published rates were much higher than what they charged me hence making no sense since they had actually charged me in lacs and said that it's all port charges. [Name removed by Sirelo] simply said that there was a huge discount given Interem Relations & Relocations as they are long standing clients when I cornered him. This was now altogether another story to deviate from the facts and because they could not justify the charges. I even have a couple of emails from the customs encouraging me to claim the amount back which has to be done through the clearing agents. But since the forwarding agent and clearing agent are hand in gloves and have manipulated all this they would just not cooperate!
It’s a [Names removed by Sirelo] who is very deceptive is at the top of it pretending to be the good cop and using [Name removed by Sirelo] as the bad cop to play his dirty games.
Do not use their services ever as they are a gang of scammers who will hold your shipment at ransom knowing that it's your personal belongings which are of great sentimental value to you and extract lacs of rupees.Read more

I would suggest against using this company for any kind of shipment. THEY ARE FRAUD QND SHAMELESS PEOPLE.



I am exhausted and angry. I wish I would have paid upfront more but my items would have been delivered earlier/on time.
I was promised 3 month maximum. It’s a shame.

Packing. My husband and I have long years experience in management and operations and we both were amazed by the teams work and we give them wholehearted top star rating. Even the local partner they use in Spain were very good - they also commented on the way our furniture was secured for the transportation. They deserve a very high rating. If all the Interem teams were like ours they should have consistent highest ratings.Read more

2. 1st Damage report of one armchair informed by you on November 02, 2023 which is 78 days after delivery date. Damage report should be informed & filed less than 40 days after delivery date.
3.We truly made every effort to accommodate your request and advocated strongly with the insurance company, highlighting your situation as a special case. We went above and beyond to assist in recovering your loss.
