Our group carries out more than 4000 moves annually and we attach extreme importance to the satisfaction of our customers as evidenced by our ISO 9001 certification and our average score well above 4 obtained on Google.
The situation you mention concerns additional costs that are completely beyond our control as well as that of all movers on the planet and other users of sea or air freight.
As you are aware of the catastrophic situation in which maritime transport in particular finds itself, with price fluctuations and ship availability being called into question on a day-to-day basis.
Like you, we are experiencing this situation and try to do our best to preserve the interest of our customers. We offered you to pay only for the packing and chose another moving company in case you would find a better rate, but you refused. We also did not charge you for the storage while waiting for a container availability.
