What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

It is highly recommended that you ensure your shipment as carrier’s liability is limited. We can arrange on your behalf for an All-Risks Door-to-Door Insurance at a premium of the shipment’s declared value. Insurance policy covers Breakages, Missing Items, Pairs and sets, Mold and Mildew, Electrical, Mechanical Derangement and Total Loss of Shipment. This insurance will form a separate agreement between customer and the insurers company and separate conditions will apply. Insurance can be arranged by customers for themselves OR we can assist to get insurance policy. If it ensures through us then we will assist for claim process in damage occur. We will follow up, assist till claimed is settled.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Make proper clearance from the Building/Villa authority and take permission to avoid any delay from them while packers come to your place to move the stuff. Please remove/carry your high valuable personal effects like Ornaments, money, valets, mobile phones etc… As we will not take any responsibility of missing these items. Choose professional moving company to handle your belongings.
