Items have been packed and moved to the cargo shipping company’s warehouse. The items are yet to shipped to our home country/destination. Hoping for a speedy delivery without any unpleasant surprises.

When packing in Abu Dhabi they arrived late every day. Packed furniture that were not suppose to go and also left stuff behind that were suppose to be packed. They left there packing material in my home nearly 24 hours after all my stuff was gone. The whole house was dirty, pieces of carton lying everywhere and tape sticking to the floor. [Name removed by Sirelo] said 3 to 5 days and no duty for our move to Muscat. After 2 days they phoned and said the furniture is in Muscat and that we will now have to pay for every day in storage. We arrived in Muscat at 2 the next morning. They said we have to pay 65OMR for duties as well as 90 OMR because we were not there the day before. The furniture will not be delivered until we pay and then the cost will increase. When our 210 boxes arrived later that day we paid they delivered. I paid for assembling and unpacking as per the original quote from ELL. The movers were here for a few hours assembling some items without unpacking any boxes. I had to unpack my kids mattresses later that evening so they had space to sleep. Needless to say 4 days later I am still busy unpacking. And this is the reason for 1 star, wish I could give less!Read more

They were really professional as well as accommodating. The packed all my stuff even fragile items in such a professional way that during the dismantling, transportation and re assembling not a single item got damaged or lost. I took Door to door service with one month storage.

This rating is because:
1) [name removed by Sirelo] was just superb even during the complicated end part of our pack up in Dubai. Nothing was too much trouble.
2) our team sent for packing and esp our driver were superb. They just kept going and noone complained.
3) The agent in Beirut who helped us with all the paperwork to get our belongings in without the import tax which coukd have cost us a fortune.

All aspects as mentioned above
The surveyor. He came once and took just 15 minutes to do. This poor part then csused us huge issues as the contents did not fit the container despite lraving 9 pieces of furniture behind. Luckily [name removed by Sirelo] was able to find a compromise

We do record our client feedback on a feedback form carried by crew and we note that these remarks are not recorded at origin as well as destination.
We would like to clarify on the transit time which is subject to border clearance and shipments can arrive early if there is less number of trucks and should the truck be held due to clients not being available to take delivery. Additional charges apply as mentioned in our proposal.
Also on the duty since there were new furniture we could not avoid duties which was not paid by client and as a good will ELL arranged to pay the duty.
Our crew always unpack all the boxes unless client requested them not to unpack any boxes which was the case here. Even when they reached out to assist with unpacking the following day it was declined
