Government should cancel their license immideatly. The worse courier service i have ever seen. I called their land line 04 2629408 so Many timems but no reply. Even no response from whatsapp as well

This is the worst courier service i have experinced ever. Booked one shipmet from India to Abu Dhabi through Fed-EX by DTDC. It has been collected after 5 days after confirmation. It's reached at Dubai DTDC warehouse after 7 days. Once reached at Dubai DTDC using Aramex road service to deliver at Abu Dhabi. It's not yet delivered after 3 days and our team went to Aramex warehouse and collected on 04th Day. The rates they offering are very cheaper and cargo will be arrived at their convenience and time.

Received important documents including Stamp paper that I wanted to get signed from the consular urgently and send back to India with oil and water stains. When asked, delivery boy says, it's because they had several sweets delivered too during the same time. How irresponsible can a courier agency be. Handling important documents and perishable items together. Very disappointed.

Excellent service and relatively inexpensive (eg: Aramex costs roughly 3 times, at least to India). I would highly recommend DTDC!
