Very disappointing! They handled our move from Dubai to the UK last summer and in the process damaged so many things including furniture, crockery and ornaments. We've been trying to engage them in a conversation about it since and there's no response despite the fact that we paid for the insurance they sold us. We're starting to wonder if this is a legitimate business and whether they put the insurance policy in place. We are now escalating to the Dubai consumer authority. Avoid!

A complete scam. They took over 4 months after saying 6 weeks. They asked for extra money to deliver the items. They were extremely difficult to communicate with and they damaged several items when we received them. Our tv screens and computers were all damaged and the packing was done in a very unorganised manner so much so that we are still trying to find parts to reassemble furniture as they are either lost or packed in other boxes.
