ATA Cargo stopped communicating with me after my shipment left Dubai. The collecting agent needs them to confirm release of shipment to move my things from the warehouse to my home. But no one would respond to the emails to confirm anything, and ignoring my WhatsApp messagings. My delivery has been delayed another 1 month, along with storage charges. I still don't know when I'll get my things as they won't reply to anything. I tried calling and they told me the shipment was released- so it's frustrating they won't relay this information to the collecting agency. I still don't know if I'll get my.

Very bad experience,all my items were missing and the rest came in piceses,every thing we’re unprofessionaly packed on papa!

Dear Customer, We specially requested you to take the insurance but you did not agree to pay the extra charges for insurance. Whereas your items were even pre-packed by yourself which was the main reason for broken items. If the export packing was done by us then your items would've been delivered safely and securely. We did our job very well by doing the professional packing and shipping the items at exact time. BTW, We apologize for the inconvenience.

Very pleasant representatives. Well inform, very good manners from all the staff attending. Excellent packaging of delicate items. Things were done fast and efficient.

FYI, For the past 4 years we have no records of any shipment to Jordan as our main focus was on Europe sectors for import/export. And without the proper proof, it's illegal activity to blame someone.
