ATA Cargo stopped communicating with me after my shipment left Dubai. The collecting agent needs them to confirm release of shipment to move my things from the warehouse to my home. But no one would respond to the emails to confirm anything, and ignoring my WhatsApp messagings. My delivery has been delayed another 1 month, along with storage charges. I still don't know when I'll get my things as they won't reply to anything. I tried calling and they told me the shipment was released- so it's frustrating they won't relay this information to the collecting agency. I still don't know if I'll get my.

I would never use them again.

Unprofessional, unorganized, and deceptive behavior. It was over all a very BAD service experience.

Very bad experience,all my items were missing and the rest came in piceses,every thing we’re unprofessionaly packed on papa!
I was charged a big amount, more than usual, all prof are available .

Very pleasant representatives. Well inform, very good manners from all the staff attending. Excellent packaging of delicate items. Things were done fast and efficient.
On time and helpful almost 24/7. All requests were handle instantly. Really very nice.

I may say that you can't trust ATA for your cargo. They are unprofessional and not efficient. My 1st cargo was delivered on time, 2nd and 3rd cargo were very late because the manager forgot to send it on time. Received 1 month later than expected. And my last 21 packages sent on March 8 from Dubai which the lockdown started on April 4 and the manager said that it's not delivered on time because of the lockdown. Almost a month before the lockdown started!!!! Every time I follow up their manager he just ignore my WhatsApp messages. Very unprofessional! Waste of money and time sending my packages with them!!!!

This company was absolutely shocking and we would like to warn other people to stay well away from them - in the move we lost some 23 boxes of our belongings, garden furniture, a dinning room suit, an expensive sewing machine, 2 tool boxes full of new tools, 2 large steel cabinets, a large water feature, a large antique mirror and all our family photographs which are irreplaceable!! Clearly the lost belongings could only have been removed from the container AFTER it was loaded as we were onsite during the later stages of loading the container - what shocked us most of all was we received 2 large boxes of goods that didnt even belong to us and they have made no attempt to recover them so someone out there has also lost their belongings - of the furniture that arrived a number of items arrived broken - we took out their insurance only to find out it only covered our processions if the ship were to sink !! They have since promised us financial compensation which has failed to materialize so again folks, you have been warned - stay well away from ATA !!Read more

Im moving my one villa stuff from Dubai to batangas phils . In first I doubt to intertain ATA since I dont know if tthey can handle with care my things because they only new company in philippines.. but because of convincing power of their Filipina manager they got my trust and i told myself i will try first.. then they packed my whole things, load and send..their arrival in philippines is litle bit delayed because i also understand the meajing of groupage that they need to wait to fill in the 40f container before send.. but its so amazing that it arrived in our home safe..breakeage is very normal because the service is in sea but at least they served me a lot and i satisfied their answers in my follow up.. i can say nobody is perfect but i consider them as a most reliable people especially manager dealing me.. thanks so much ms.A for neing responsive.

Because they are accommodating and also made sure my stuff sent back home received it on time and in good condition even the TV 75 inches received in perfect condition. Their price is cheaper also compare to other cargo company.

Perfect packing and i receive my stuff in a same condtion as i send.perfect timing no delayed. I m impressed by the good services.

There were a few good points like the [name removed by Sirelo] the filipina manager and a packer [name removed by Sirelo] who was outstanding in what he does. The rest of the packers i really cannot say anything good. But all in all they got the job done at least the packing as for unpacking they assembled the 2 beds and 1 cabinet (coz other cabinets were ok and does not need assembly) then i mostly emptied the boxes. I could recommend only because they have few good staff. And they need to be monitored and told off to get the job done right.

i am really satisfied with the service and very much happy because my goods were really safe and my family received it on time..godbless and more power!

ATA team and particularly [name removed by Sirelo] and her General Manager personally visited our villa and facilitated moving all contents of our 5 bed villa to Panay Island in Philippines. They packed 3 x 20ft containers and dealt with all issues including customs clearance. The team dismantled and packed carefully and re-assembled furniture at the destination and all items arrived without any damage. [name removed by Sirelo] personally maintained contact with regular updates throughout the process. The service and quality of packing was exemplary. Well done and thank you ATA.

DON'T TRUST THEM...!

Although I paid for insurance, ATA lost items and never reimbursed me. They charged for insurance and perhaps they never insured me at all. ATA did not respect their contract about the delivery either and I had to pay additional amount for door to door service. The managers at ATA are totally ignoring any of my claims. I do not recommend at all this company.

i choose this company & recommend them for being excellent and i give a perfect star.. I move my stuff from Dubai to Pangasinan Philippines with their perfect services, they took my stuff with a very good packing , fixes & considering that is send through sea have really small defects and im already expect the thing, but im so amazed when reach in my home its intacked and sealed... people are so reliable and helpful from the start of moving till finish.. good luck ATA Cargo.. good job!!

The experience has been very bad. At the time of pick up they send a crew that was not large enough for the packing. Then the crew is asking for extra pay at the end of packing. The shipment was to arrive after 6 weeks and they kept saying it would arrive but then it is postponed and postponed and it took a total of 3 months for the shipment to arrive. It was hard to get a clear answer when the shipment would arrive. Then it was to be pack and install but at delivery, there was no installer and we had to send the things back till the installer was there. There are broken items and missing items. All in all very poor and we have moved 9 times all over the world but never experienced anything like this.

The reason I give this perfect rating is because of one person and her name is [name removed by Sirelo]. She stayed with me on Whatsapp, directly answered all my questions and inquiries even when she was in her vacation in Phillipines. Really she displayed the true meaning of excellent customer service and made me feel really special. All the information she gave was accurate, the dates were perfect and the process was so smooth.

No regrets of taking their service.the initial approach itself was very professional, the shipping process including tracking my cargo were clearly and explained in detail.
Their packing team were very careful and organized in dealing with our stuff, their coordinator- ms.[name removed by Sirelo]- made sure that everything being packed were listed and no space from the container was wasted.
Our shipment reached in time, we had some slight problems from the custom but their coordinator never failed to assist us until our shipments reached our place.
I am very satisfied with their working ethics,very professional and organized and on top of that, they have concern unlike others that are just concern about charging and once payment is done, you are on your own.
This company is totally opposite thats why im giving two thumbs up for ATA and thank you so much for taking care of my valuable things.

Our goods were taken off location to be packed in container elsewhere.
Although stated otherwise during packing, not all goods that were packed were listed.
Items that were supposed to stay behind were packed, using up valuable space.
Items were removed from our premisses without being logged/listed. These items were eventually left behind in Dubai since there were no space left in container.
Although quarantine charges at destination were said to be included, these charges were never paid by ATA and had eventually to be paid me.

The packing was not professional. Non sensitive items were packed bulky. Our clothes were packed badly and items such as suits and leather jackets now need to be professionally cleaned/treated

Change in dates of packing delivery. Breakages, incorrect estimate. No information about box contents.

So far everything has gone very well

Quote is good. Information is provided in a timely manner. Additionally they are very responsive to my inquiries.
