My experience was a disaster and very bad, they are very unprofessional, they have Been lying especially Mr [Name removed by Sirelo], my shipment from Abudhabi to Egypt been delayed with so much fake promises and lies, I advice not to deal with them and if any one did make sure not to pay 100% before receiving your shipment.

ATA Cargo stopped communicating with me after my shipment left Dubai. The collecting agent needs them to confirm release of shipment to move my things from the warehouse to my home. But no one would respond to the emails to confirm anything, and ignoring my WhatsApp messagings. My delivery has been delayed another 1 month, along with storage charges. I still don't know when I'll get my things as they won't reply to anything. I tried calling and they told me the shipment was released- so it's frustrating they won't relay this information to the collecting agency. I still don't know if I'll get my.
I would never use them again.

FYI, For the past 4 years we have no records of any shipment to Jordan as our main focus was on Europe sectors for import/export. And without the proper proof, it's illegal activity to blame someone. Very bad experience,all my items were missing and the rest came in piceses,every thing we’re unprofessionaly packed on papa!

Dear Customer, We specially requested you to take the insurance but you did not agree to pay the extra charges for insurance. Whereas your items were even pre-packed by yourself which was the main reason for broken items. If the export packing was done by us then your items would've been delivered safely and securely. We did our job very well by shipping the items at exact time. BTW, We apologize for the inconvenience.

Very pleasant representatives. Well inform, very good manners from all the staff attending. Excellent packaging of delicate items. Things were done fast and efficient.

We agree your shipment got delayed but as we mentioned many times, custom clearance at border is outside our control and even you are very well aware that because of war situation at borders that side, clearance taking more time than normal. Still we tried our best and delivered you the shipment within 40 days whereas the actual transit time we gave was 25-30 days. We were updating you time to time whenever you asked and no one had lied to you. Remember it was a big shipment and we delivered all of your goods totally safe, without damaging a 1 piece. Sorry to say but when you were posting review, you should've written our positive side as well which is more than the 1 negative you mentioned above. Btw, Still appreciate your feedback and thank you for working with us.
