Terrible experience. My mother's cargo has been stuck in India customs since Nov 2025. Every time we call the company, they say agent in India says its with customs and everytime they give a date, it keeps getting post poned. The company does not even bother to call to update us about the status. Yesterday I called and the HR Manager told me to call Delhi port and find out! Ridiculous!!! Horrible experience!

Watch out for the scam, everyone. Shipments delayed for 6 months already. Terrible customer service. Zero updates from the team. Have to keep chasing for an update. Zero accountability. [names redacted by Sirelo] - Ridiculous and abusive. [name redacted by Sirelo] challenged us to visit the offices too.
Loving the audacity of them, especially during ghe holy month of Ramadan. Prayers to all!

This courrier is a scammer!!!!! Don’t trust them. I sent parcel from dubai to abu dhabi. My buyer paid them but this courrier didn’t give back the payment to me….. SCAMMMMMMM

Very bad service , very unprofessional staff , from packing scam to delivery.
They came to pickup my items and asked for extra money for my own box’s .
Then I spoke to supervisor and then they were ok all mallu speaking you don’t know what they r talking .
Shipments will take. Minimum 60 days not 30 and they have answer that it is subject to custom. So they should tell this before someone book them.

This is the worst company you can use for any cargo service , we have shipped 21 carton box with AGL boxes however we have received 21 boxes in different ones , handling was garbage , all the glass stuff were broken , many stuff were lost , photo frames were broken with the glass , perfumes stolen , in short it's a mess against a huge amount to pay 12000 AED !! Beside the tragic story of shipping the TV 55 inch , it has travelled through 4 countries with more than 35 days to reach us . The only star i gave was for the intact status of the received TV .
In brief , NEVER USE THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY IN CASE YOU NEED TO SHIP YOUR STUFF SAFELY . REMEMBER THEY WILL ATTRACT YOU WITH LOW SHIPPING PRICE PER KG , 16AED/KG THEN YOU GET ABONDONED WITH NO RESPONSE TO YOUR CLAIMS OR MESSAGES .

Lots of damaged items which look like they were well packed in the middle of boxes. Glassware, ornaments etc. all broken indicating absolutely no care was taken with the movement of the boxes. We moved a BBQ with side tables/wheels etc. which was completely destroyed.
When I asked about making a claim they tell me the company doesn't provide insurance...although it is clearly stated on my invoice.
I also cant give zero rating on this platform...otherwise I would.
