Very disappointing experience with ALB Relocations and Storages Dubai.
The company made promises about the delivery timeline that were not kept. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I was repeatedly given misleading information. I was told that all of my boxes had been shipped and was asked to make the final payment based on that assurance. However, when the shipment arrived, only part of my belongings had been sent.
The remaining boxes arrived 9 days later as a separate shipment, proving that the earlier confirmation was inaccurate. Instead of being transparent about the delay, the company claimed everything had already been dispatched.
The lack of honest communication and professionalism caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ALB Relocations and Storages Dubai to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.
