Customer service agent not respond even called many time they just said i will update you by evening
They advertise air cargo 10-12 days at your door in india anywhere, but its not true its will take 20 days to reach and you will be frustrated of calling and asking for update

I had a very bad experience with Al Usood cargo team it’s been 28 days and I have still not received my cargo and no one is even replying from the team I have also sent emails and messages but the only answer from agents are we are taking the update and then the agents do not reply I’m so worried and tensed but yet no one is here to help by the Al Usood cargo teams no reply from agents and no replies for email it’s so frustrating it’s air cargo what I paid for and was told it will take 10 to 15 days today it’s been 28 days and no one from the team is replying it’s really very bad I feel bad to waste my hard owned money on such a non reliable cargo service.

Missing Cargo Boxes – Urgent Action Required.
I had sent 4 boxes via this cargo on 23-06-2025.serial no 510605 Until now, I have not received 2 of those boxes. I have already inquired about the missing boxes with Al Usood Cargo personnel in Dubai, but I have not received any response from them.
In addition, it appears that some materials were removed from the boxes. Due to this experience, I strongly recommend not sending any future shipments through this cargo company.
Kindly take this matter seriously and advise on the next steps.

Terrible service, One of worst you will come across. I sent cargo from Dubai to chennai, It was delayed by 3 weeks and the worst thing is they missed 1 package and till date i am following up for that ( almost 3 months). No proper response from their team. No reply for messages and emails.
Other packages which was delivered had lot of damages, My table fan, utensils everything were damaged. Please go for any other better cargo,

I used Usood Cargo to ship my belongings from Dubai to Kerala. Unfortunately, my experience with their Cochin office was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I was scammed by the staff imposed various additional charges without providing any official invoice. Despite multiple followups via calls and messages, my requests for an official invoice were ignored along some items were damaged.
I was present on time to collect my cargo after being informed of its arrival. However, I was still charged / scammed ₹3,000 as a demurrage fee, along with various additional other handling charges. When I asked for an invoice, I was told it would be emailed to me but to this day, nearly a year I have only received the customs duty payment receipt, and no other documentation.
It appears that individuals like [Names removed by Sirelo] are involved in this lack of transparency and accountability. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with the Usood Cargo.
