Box was torn and few items were missing from the box. Complete written list of the items were shared with service provider and chose air cargo for the better service.

Really disappointed as I opened the box and found that many of my crokery, photo frames and electronics were fully damaged.
I had ahuge loss.Just because their van was waiting downstairs, they dumped all their items without proper packing. Glass was just dropped in without wrapping it properly. The photo frames and it's glasses were fully broken . They put it on one side of the box which is utter foolishness. Even when a layman packs his luggage, they cover it with vlothes and put in centre of the box to prevent damage.I received my box fully torn.On enquiry, they said its by the customs for security purposes . They should have put atleast one round tape to prevent missing of the items through the big opening. I will never recommend it to anyone. If I hear anyone going to choose this cargo, I'll share my experience and tell them to choose any other better cargo company.

Lost many items and valuable clothes in transit. Number of boxes reached but many valuable things lost.
Taken longer than committed time
Storage not good as mosquitos and cockroaches also reached destination.
Never use alsood cargo

We engaged Al Usood Cargo (Abu Dhabi) to ship our household items from Dubai to Kollam , Kottarakkara. The sales agent from Abu Dhabi contacted me and our request was transferred to their Dubai office. We found their Sale man Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] prompt and responsive. He assigned the moving and packing to a well trained and polite team from Dubai who took effort to package the fragile items. I am happy to report that the cargo consignment arrived in Kochi on schedule. Due to some personal reasons we are not able to travel and delayed one month to clear the cargo. on 10th October the clearance was done with the help of their agent and as per the agent we left from customs office and the promised the cargo will be delivered to my home next day. But they bring the cargo on same day late night and it was raining. The items packed in Jumbo box are off-loaded and i am happy since it reached before the promised time. After some time we are opening the boxes one by one for arranging the things, we noticed that one box containing some valuable kitchen items are missing which was packed in Jumbo box. we contacted their Kochi office many time and they are unable to provide correct answer. Also in am contacting Mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] and not giving a correct solution. now i send may massages to him and remain unanswered. Due to the delay in clearance, the agent in Kochi collected Storage charges and i request many time to provide the receipt/invoice for the same and not provided. the money is collected to the agents personal account.
This is a bad experience from Al Usood and still i am waiting for their action since one monthRead more

Good experience with Usood cargo though it was my first. The assistance provided by the staff in Dubai n Kochi was commendable. The staff did update on the status and I received my cargo on time and in well condition.
Thanks to the staff's in Dubai n Kochi for all the support and the Oceanic cargo who assisted in custom clearance.
