PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They stole my money and broke my stuff AND NEVER REFUNDED ME. See photos. They didn't even answer a single email asking them about a claim for the lost and broken items.

I hired Al Sabaa movers to move items from Dubai to Barcelona, and I regret working with them.

I was promised that the items would take less than one week if delivered by air, as opposed to 45-60 days if shipped by sea, so I paid 4 times more for that option and the items still took one month to reach me! I requested the items before the end of June. They arrived one month after my family moved which meant that we had to buy the products that did not come on time (bed sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, pots, and cutlery)
I received the boxes in 3 different shipments when I was told everything will be delivered in one shipment.
No one gave me any proper update on the shipping list or shipping details despite asking many times [Names removed by Sirelo] The items that were packed at my home and my wife and I made sure what is placed in every box, the total was 20 boxes. All the items were moved from those boxes to new boxes and the new quantity of boxes became 23. I wasn’t informed about this.
Everything was unfolded, dirty, or damaged. See photos of some of the damaged items. Most of the glass that was initially packed in bubble wrap was removed from the bubble wrap and most of them are broken. Whatever items that survived became useless as they were part of a set.
I am missing many items, list provided to operations, and there is no answer yet.
I also received one box that doesn’t belong to me, a box full of curtains that [Name removed by Sirelo](sales) is insisting belongs to me when neither my wife nor I have seen these curtains before, in fact we don’t own curtains. I don’t know what to do with this box of curtains taking up space at my home, because they belong to someone else who is probably looking for them.

Missing:
Playstation 4 - VR head set, head gear with camera: Price = ~AED 2000 -
Men suits: quantity 3, brand: Saccoor, price at purchase AED 1600 each, total = AED 4800
Kitchen knives set: brand: Zwilling, Price: ~AED1500 (bought from Tavola Dubai)
Rare handmade flask: The glasses were delivered 3 broken, 3 not broken, the set is ruined. The flask itself is missing. This was a set of: glass flask + 6 glasses, description of missing flask: glass, semitransparent with a design of grapes on the side, Price = $95 = ~ AED 350, bought from Byblos City in Lebanon, handmade item.

All this was provided to Al Sabaa operations by email and multiple reminders were sent but no one replied. They just arranged for some items that couldn't board the plane (like a vacuum cleaner and headphones) to be delivered to a friend. even that: one small box took them 10 days to deliver to my friend in Dubai.

I want to leave a review about the service provided by your company. I am very dissatisfied and will complain to the department….
1. When communicating with your subordinate, I discussed the transportation of a food processor, I clarified that it would be necessary to pay a duty or tax, to which your employee clarified only whether it was new or not. And he wrote that if you don’t have to pay a new one (I’m attaching a screenshot of the correspondence) As a result, when the parcel was delivered, I was billed 200 € and when I asked your subordinate a question, she said that it turns out that there was a duty for the food processor !!! And she always knew it!
2. When discussing the cost of sending and documents, one amount was discussed, and when the invoice was issued, VAT was added there. Your subordinate did not specify this at the beginning of the discussion of the amount sent.
3. When discussing with your employee, she said that people with weights would come and I could clarify and adjust the number of kg that I want to send. As a result, workers arrived who did not smell very good and without scales. And I got more pounds than I planned.
4. I asked if I could send my things in my bags, your subordinate answered yes. I packed my bags so that things would not be damaged and in a way that was convenient for me. As a result, things from the bags were shifted and there is damage.
Another oneid moment, when I wrote to the main number indicated on the site, with whom I can talk or where to file my complaint, they did not answer me. which I also think is unacceptable for the company.

I have used their Services recently. Management and Staff are not sincere. I have faced damages and wrong installation. I will never reccomend anyone to use their services unless you are willing to bear losses and unnecessary stress.

If I could rate it a zero, I would.
We were relocating to Mumbai, India and wanted to send our household items by ship. We contacted this company and requested for a quote. A representative ([name removed by Sirelo]) came to survey the stuff and said we would require a 7 cubic meter area and quoted us approx AED 5000. On the packing day, our total packing came to 12 cubic meters, a massive 5 cubic meter difference which cost us an additional (approx.) AED 3000.
On 15 Feb 2020, I got a voice messages from +971 *****9777 asking if I could pay Universal Relocations (the India counterpart) money and they transfer the money of an equivalent amount into my bank account in Dubai. He also sent me the bank details for Universal Relocations. I told that man I have closed my bank accounts.
We were told we would get our furniture in approx. months’ time however it took us 2 months to get it.
During the survey, the company rep. mentioned that we would have to pay customs in India and all other charges would be paid by them however once we paid customs, we were sent an invoice from Universal Relocations (the India counterpart) worth approx. INR 40000 (40% of total the quotation) as Port Charges. We spoke to Universal Relocations stating that apart from customs were didn't have to pay for anything else. The person on the phone said that they would not deliver our furniture and appliances without the payment. We spoke to Al Saba and [name removed by Sirelo] was rude. He said that [name removed by Sirelo](the rep. who surveyed our house) had left and that it was not his problem if we were not communicated all the charges.
