Aeon Shipping LLC has held payment and assets for over four months without performing any contracted service. During this period, a high-value vehicle under their custody sat stationary — not in transit, not in storage with care, simply held. Four months of enforced immobility on a vehicle is not a neutral act. It causes measurable, documented deterioration.
The conditions for resolution are two, and both are non-negotiable:
1. Full refund of AED 25,745 — every dirham received by Aeon Shipping LLC, as documented by their own invoices.
2. Full payment of the vehicle maintenance invoice — costs incurred directly as a consequence of four months of stationary holding, documented and presented upon request.
One caused the other. Both are Aeon's liability.
Should both conditions be met, this review will be updated to document the resolution in full — the date, the amount, and the manner of settlement. The record will reflect what happened, including how it ended.

I can’t describe how I am disappointed from this company and from the service!
I received my items after 10 months from the pickup date, missed and broken and without any intension for compensation or intension to fix the problems which all were the company’s fault!
I had one big valuable missing box and even the boxes that arrived were crushed although they had the fragile tape on them!

They still haven’t shipped my things after four months despite our contract promising three months maximum waiting time.

On time, very professional, understanding, fast delivery, no issues at all. Provided boxes and packaging materials and they came and packed a few things too.Their express shipment was EXPRESS. Definitely the BEST price.
