Optional all-risk transit insurance is available for an additional premium, and we recommend it. Please note any damage at delivery and report it to us in writing within seven days. We review every claim, and where we accept liability we may repair, replace or compensate within the limits set out in your quotation and our terms and conditions.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Book two to three weeks ahead, and check early what both buildings need: move permits, service-lift bookings and moving hours. Send us photos on WhatsApp for an accurate quote. Keep valuables and documents with you, and label boxes by room.
