WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AGL. PLEASE. DO NOT CONSIDER AGL FOR YOUR SAFETY. THEY ARE THE WORST IN THE MARKET. THEY ARE NOT HUMAN.
I HAVE GIVEN NO STARTS TO AGL(Apex global logistics LLC Abudhabi) BECAUSE AGL IS A SHIT.
I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SO THAT NO ONE SHALL CONSIDER AGL FOR SHIPPING THEIR CARGO. NO ONE SHALL GO THROUGH WHAT MY FAMILY HAS GONE THROUGH.
BELIEVE ME DO NOT CONSIDER THEM, THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONALS.
Such a worst and hopeless cargo company I have ever seen. I have migrated from UAE to Australia and surprisingly the cargo by air was not reached the destination on time. As per AGL it was informed that it will take 14days max, but still I have given one week more due to the current covid situation, it happens, but till now cargo has not reached the destination. When I contacted AGL the person called [name removed by Sirelo] from Abudhabi has given the confirmation that cargo will reach within 2 to 3 days. Surprisingly till now after one and half month later also cargo is untraceable. AGL doesn't have any tracking system or procedure. When I have intimated them they woke up from their sleep and searched for the cargo. The cargo was in Abudhabi itself they never shipped it from origin.
I am suffering without the necessary things in a new place. More problematic thing is they are not lifting the calls and communicating properly. People can try their number specified on the website, no one picks. Websites shows they are committed and value towards customer satisfaction, all is shit.
Till now my cargo has not reached and I told them to return the cargo so that I can arrange with the other people, but no response from AGL and the contact person is not responding on time. There is no feed back from them that why they have not shipped the cargo or feed back given to me. I have received few emails after picking them very hardly, stating that cargo shipping cost was increased by their cargo partners about which I was not aware. Because of this they didn't ship the cargo and no information was shared with me, this information was given after one.and half month later when I picked AGL trough email, when they got up from their sleep. Till now there is no answer from AGL on 'why they have not shared the information of increase in the cargo shipping rate after paying the full agreed amount.? and holding the cargo in origin without taking any action.

The WORST shipping company ever. I have used several in my moves and this is by far the worst on the market. No communication, false promises, they do not answers calls, Do not answers messages, full on liars, dodgy, no tracking numbers, NO Integrity, no customer service, an absolute disaster! Still waiting after 60 days after I have paid and promised for a delivery within 10 to 15 days!!! Parcels still around as I have no idea where they are!!! They do not give information, Don not use this useless people!!!

They did a great job, they got the job done an hour early and there was no issues. I couldn't have asked for a smoother move. Definitely a good choice.

Apex did a great job for us! I would recommend them they were respectful, courteous and tried their best to meet the standards I wanted in this overseas move... they were very hard workers despite the heavy load they were moving... they were very user friendly which made the experience an easy move!

No communication and no updates and false promises and shipment came in shabbles and i had to scrap half of my furniture to which the manager handling the shipment didnt answer calls or messages and put it back on me
