I am writing a review after 9 years - Jan 2017 is when this happened. I just happened to see the receipt and it reminded me of the ordeal we had with AGS Movers.
Sent the wrong packages - out of 7 packages, only 5 were mine and they misplaced my other two packages. Even the goods in the package that i received were broken into pieces and had dents on them.
Worst customer service - no body was taking responsibility and they would not answer the calls after the complaint was raised.

We moved our complete household including motorbike from Abu Dhabi to Germany. When we received our container after almost 4 months (delay caused by carrier and overall difficult supply chains), all our furniture and other items were still in excellent condition, as everything had been very carefully packed and sealed by the UAE packing team.

I was very pleased with the services delivered by AGS international movers - Abu Dhabi. Mr Munthezar Mehdi was very professional, attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. The pricing was competitive and the company reputable. The packing team in Abu Dhabi were probably the best movers team I have had to deal with. They were organised and efficient while communicating clearly and listening to our questions and concerns. Everything was completed on time and per plan without hick-ups. I now hope to receive the same quality of service at the destination. I would definitely recommend the AGS Abu Dhabi team for a personal international move.

I have had an excellent experience with AGS so far. They came highly recommended and have so far delivered with their professional and hard working crew that took care of our personal belongings while packing. Mr. Munthezar Mehdi was very nice to deal with and responsive to all my questions and requests. I recommend AGS. Hope all my belongings reach my destination safely.
