The process was incredibly smooth and fast. My household goods were handled with care during my move from Dubai to Portugal. The team displayed excellent time management and professionalism. I stored my household items with Team Mobility Shipping for almost 9 months and received top-notch service throughout. The sales team was very patient and ensured that everything went smoothly. I was worried about the quality of moving from saudi. However, Team Mobility impressed me and they have truly exceeded my expectations. Both packing and unpacking teams in saudi and dubai were super amazing and they know exactly what needed to be done. Very efficient and accurate when it comes to timing.

Good service at Dubai but terrible thereafter. Not only shipment took 2 months for a short route to bangalore and requited constant chasing. Worst part is finally when shipment did arrive it was just delivered without unpacking! This post paying for full service. After complaining someone showed up to just fit the table and left.. DO NOT USE THEM FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!!!!!

Very good team. Corporative and very professional. They sometimes use wrapping and protection with kore cost than the item itself! 😂.

Unprofessional service.
Pushed for payment upfront, promising commitment and professionalism. Fortunately as a litmus test, I reported my broken dresser, which was damaged during transportation. Also had an insurance in place, yet the person in charge Mr. Sareeh has done initially some some promises, later started ignoring and stopped responding. Although I rated few places good with 5 star upon request but I regret.

We had two shipments for Jeddah and India, Team mobility’s packing team led by Javed was amazing. They did with perfection and were super quick. As well very polite and patient as well.
