It's a scam. They promised to send all my and my wife's household items in 1 week but now, 4 months later, still nothing happened. Also, they don't answer calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages. They were very responsive in the beginning while I was still prospecting them but after I paid they just disappeared with my money and my items. I'm contacting Dubai Police to see what can be done to retrieve my things and my stuff. I wish I could give them zero stars.
