I would never do any business with this company again.
My closet and mirror were damaged and although they were insured as a package, the Insurance companies Tginternational and ASPEN as business partner of Leader Relocations didn't pay the damages.
Instead of acknowledging the damage, they wasted time with sending nonsense emails back and forth.
Leader Relocation Company shifted all responsibilities to the insurance companies (Tginternational and ASPEN) and the insurance companies didn't care.
Leader Relocation did not help at all in this matter.

Suddenly increasing prices, demanding payment by email. Nobody from the management responses to our complaint, Sales person does not get back to us. This is clearly as bad as it can get. Lets pray our things arrive safely at least.

Realistisches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; gute Verfügbarkeit vor Ort; ausreichend Packmaterial vorhanden; Umzugsgut ist am Zielort noch nicht angekommen, so dass ein abschliessende Beurteilung noch aussteht.

The whole moving experience is excellent. The consultant [name removed by Sirelo] is responsive. The move coordinator is friendly. The consol shipment took longer than expected but most importantly, the goods arrive in perfect condition.
