What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
Yes we do have insurance policy which depend and different case by case, in miner damages we will repair it with our cost, in case of bigger damage (which normally doesn't happen) we will refund amount according to value, further more our insurance policy always attached with estimates and invoices.
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
Of course price matters, but quality of service can not be compromised over money,

The moving process was fast and smooth, people packed everything in boxes and brought to my new apartment. I got the service same day I asked for, so was really fast. After the job they will ask you the labor tips even you just paid already for the service

The guys helped me pack and ship my things when moving from Dubai to Cyprus. The packing was super professional, but better organization with Emirates SkyCargo was needed. Overall I am happy with the quality of service and price.

These guys worked really hard and they did a good job with my shifting! They showed up 15 minutes early to my home and left a lot later than I thought they would. They also had a member from their office checking up with me on the works progression via WhatsApp. They fixed my curtains, The furniture was heavy but they didn't complaint and made my experience really positive. My expectations were pretty low as it was just a moving job for me, but their work speaks volumes.

This team of guys were nothing short of amazing, super friendly, exceptionally efficient, very very professiona, came with full packing materials and tidied up when finishedl. Nothing you asked was to much trouble, and full care of furniture taken. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough, if you are looking for a removal company trust me these are the guys.
