Your courier company is very bad service. The days are I am keep to wait the courier guy to recieve my documents.really bay service and the courier guy behaviour also very bad. I never suggest to anybody to choose this courier company

Worst moving experience and customer experience company ever. They look very professional when they are trying to do you the service. Once you ship your things, they wont respond ever and you will receive some of your stuff if ever and the rest will be lost, stolen or damaged.

I have a package sent to Alex on july, and no feed back til now, call mr. [Name removed by Sirelo] in dubai, no call [Name removed by Sirelo] in Egypt. And then they disappeared.. NOTHING TIL NOW

BEWARE!
My partner in the UAE paid this company about a thousand Durhams to ship nine boxes to me in Brisbane Australia. She also paid Whybirds International here in Australia (The vendor that JNT used) about 900 dollars to have the boxes delivered to my house.
Because JNT haven't paid Whybirds what they owe them, Whybirds are holding the freight, and there's nothing we can do about it.
My partner has been in contact with JNT nearly every day for a month, and all she has received are fake promises and lies.
Upon doing a little research, it appears this company has done this to people again and again.
The only way to describe their actions is CRIMINAL.
My partner will now be reporting this case to the UAE Consumer Protection at the Ministry of Economy.
Nobody deserves to have their personal freight, their treasured and sentimental belongings, to be held indefinitely because this LOW LIFE MOB OF ***** have REMOVED THE MONEY. My parters money...your hard earned money, and NOT PAID THE VENDORS.
My advice is to AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!Read more
