-Professional handling of the whole process by [name removed by Sirelo] and his team (would have give full marks if their local agent in Australia also was par with Family stores)
Professionalism
Availability of the team and resolving issues on time
Local agent ended up charging me unnecessarily (which Family stores ultimately reimbursed)
Local agent didn't quite keep up with the timeframe which Familystores promised
