1. The response was fast and efficient. [name removed by Sirelo] was the one who assisted me through the whole process and she was always responsive for any enquiry.
2. The quotation was reasonable compared to other companies. (I asked a quotation from at least three companies before I choose Emirates logistics)
3. The three movers came and packed everything within 3 hours (we were in 2 bedroom house) and all were very carefully handled.
4. All my belongings arrived safe without any breakage.
5. I would happily recommend the Emirates Logistic to other ppl and I already did to my neighbors.

I’m wrong that I deal this company for my stuff (old clothes and shoes) I payed aed 2,700 for 100kilo only with 3 boxes (don’t expect its big) I had a conversation with [name removed by Sirelo] over the phone she give me a quotation of 2,700 and I asked her if that 2,700 is already fix and no additional payment and she said yes. In the last minute she mentioned “expected that I need to pay additional from the Fedex here in Netherlands, they charge me almost 494 euro about 2,000 dirhams. So the total I payed is 4,700 just only for old clothes and shoes not even branded. [name removed by Sirelo] needs to explain from the top until the end. The amount is not a joke, it’s better I buy a new one!!!! I hope she achieve her target in her company in A GOOD WAY!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. With due regards to your concern and feedback. I have had a look at the reason behind your discontent on the services provided to you. The additional charges you have paid was in excess towards custom duties. Our proposal to you clearly outlined custom duties as one of our an exclusion . Door to Door service proposed to you was delivered within the timeline and no additional hidden charges were added on /apart from what was mentioned to you on the exclusions of our proposal. This was paid directly to FEDEX on receipt. At any given time no Moving company can ascertain or advise you the cost towards custom duties, hence the same is mentioned on the exclusions of our proposal. I apologize for any inconvenience caused to you
