We had a great moving experience with this company. Everything went smoothly, from packing to delivery, and we’re really happy with their service.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. I haven't received my shipment, and no one has been responding to my messages/ emails. People - please do not deal with this company- it is a scam. When I spoke to [name removed by Sirelo] before contracting with company for shipment - he mentioned that because of COVID they have been receiving bad reviews - and also mentioned that he can share references of folks who had given bad reviews!!! Strongly recommend not to deal with them

If I could give them no rating, I would. Very poor handling of my cargo shipment:I found open box, broken stuff, missing items. They opened all my boxes and missplaced my items so I found them in a deplorable state, frkm glass into clothes, to items broken, scratched or missing. When I demanded an explanation, they said to contact the other side of cargo Fedex but Fedex told me that if i want compensation, I should ask transfer under my name from some other company whicj I assuke was an intermediary, otherwise I cannot get compensation.
After that, no more reply from Brightlink. Absolutely disgraceful

Relocation from Dubai , United Arab Emirates to Calais.
Everything went perfectly. Very professionnal efficient and always available for all the questions I had.
One advice take the insurance, they will do your package for you and with that it was so simple to relocate myself.

Dreadful experience! Very disappointing. Really bad experience at the packing stage. The guys spoke little/no English and threw the stuff into boxes. They also unpacked things that I had packed really well, and repacked them haphazardly. My goods arrived last weekend. An expensive table was badly broken. Many other small things were broken. I had paid for insurance and after several emails received an odd looking insurance 'certificate' . I have contacted this shipping company and received twice no reply. The agent this side also contacted them. Before I paid for the delivery they were ringing me every day. I have lived overseas for 30 years and moved many times. This was the worst experience with shipping my cargo. Use at your own peril!
