Sadly, we still do not have our belongings over 3 months later. Shipping took longer than expected, this is not Across Relocations fault. HOWEVER, after items were packed communication was not good regarding dates of shipment leaving the UAE. We were then told we had to pay more money due to a miscalculation on Across Relocations part. THEN, we were informed that the company completing the UK leg of the delivery had been changed without consulting us. This was very concerning as we had researched this and were very particular about the company we wanted to use for the UK leg. NOW, we have recieved an email from the company completing the UK leg informing us that our shipment has been put ON HOLD and we need to contact Across Relocation to find out why. We know the shipment has cleared customs. I have an awful feeling we are going to be told we have to pay even more money to get our items delivered.

Across International were amazing in packing up our items in Dubai for the move to London. The team worked so smoothly and were incredibly supportive and hardworking the whole time. Everything was packaged perfectly, and when our furniture arrived in London, it was all intact and carefully assembled. I can't recommend this company enough. I don't have any affiliation with them, just a very happy customer!

We recently relocated from Sinapore to Dubai using Across, and we really couldn't have asked for more from a moving company. From start to finish they communicated fantastically. Extremely responsive to any question along the way.
They have a true door to door service so not employing a third party to finish the move in the destination country , which we believe added immensely to help make the whole process as seamless as possible.

We would highly recommend anyone looking to relocate Singapore to Dubai (or visa versa) to use Across. They really did help make what could have been a very stressful process seem smooth and efficient.

We were apprehensive in the beginning not knowing what to expect as we had never used such a service before. The staff were friendly, providing information and advice at every step. The staff who came to pack the things and unpack were efficient, meticulous and careful. The whole moving process with Across went from the beginning to the end very smooth, hassle free and with great flexibility handling all twists and turns that come with an overseas move. In all parts of the team they were very responsive and were taking care of everything on an immediate basis. I highly recommend the company and the team for anyone looking for a good partner when moving abroad.
