70Final destination - UK
Sadly, we still do not have our belongings over 3 months later. Shipping took longer than expected, this is not Across Relocations fault. HOWEVER, after items were packed communication was not good regarding dates of shipment leaving the UAE. We were then told we had to pay more money due to a miscalculation on Across Relocations part. THEN, we were informed that the company completing the UK leg of the delivery had been changed without consulting us. This was very concerning as we had researched this and were very particular about the company we wanted to use for the UK leg. NOW, we have recieved an email from the company completing the UK leg informing us that our shipment has been put ON HOLD and we need to contact Across Relocation to find out why. We know the shipment has cleared customs. I have an awful feeling we are going to be told we have to pay even more money to get our items delivered.

They have a true door to door service so not employing a third party to finish the move in the destination country , which we believe added immensely to help make the whole process as seamless as possible.
We would highly recommend anyone looking to relocate Singapore to Dubai (or visa versa) to use Across. They really did help make what could have been a very stressful process seem smooth and efficient.
